Celebrities face off at the 1st Uplive basketball showdown

Los Angeles, CA – On April 9, Uplive hosted a Celebrity Basketball Showdown with the biggest rappers, athletes, and internet personalities in collaboration with Mill-ticket. The events included three-point, dunk, 5-on-5 all-star games, and halftime shows; these were held at the posh venue where Young Thug released his newest album and Cardi B partied for her birthday. Celebrities who were in attendance include the entire cast of the Basketball Wives, Meta World Peace, Big Percy, Kyle Massey, and Booby Gibson, among others.

Uplive was the official live broadcaster of last weekend’s happenings, together with Fox network channels such as TMZ, Fox Sports, and Fox 11 Los Angeles. “This is a first for Uplive where we can help bring together the hottest celebrities for a good game of basketball and networking in sports.”, remarked Christine Xu, CEO of Uplive USA. “Meaningful interaction is the core of why we do what we do.”
